Introduction

In the CarWizard mod for GTA 5, you build and manage a criminal organization. From recruiting members to expanding your territory, each step involves strategic decision-making. This guide walks you through each phase, explaining the actions you need to take to grow your empire successfully.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Organization

• Action: Start by creating your criminal organization.

• Details: Choose your starting capital and the location of your first hideout. The size of the stash and the number of spots of this hideout will affect the difficulty level.

• Don't forget to transfer Cash from the organization to the hideout !!!

Very important, use the HUD panel to adapt the dashboard to your needs. Watch the video for more details.

Step 2: Recruiting Members

• Action: Recruit various types of members to help run your organization.

• Member Types:

  • Transporters: Transfer drugs and cash between locations.

  • Dealers: You can't hire more dealers than your hideout spots.

  • Sicarios: Provide security for hideouts and convoys. You need a certain number of sicarios to secure your hideout. one sicario can secure 500K$

  • Packagers: Process bulk stock into retail-ready units.

  • Money Launderer : Each one can launder 1M$ an hour.

  • Lieutenants (optional): Provide reports and alert you to necessary actions.

  • How to Recruit: Access the recruitment menu and select the number and type of members needed for your operation.

Step 3: Placing Orders

• Action: Place orders for drugs to be transported to your hideout.

• Details:

  • Start by selecting a supplier, such as Madrazo, for high-quality cocaine.

  • Choose the quantity of the product.

  • Assign transporters and sicarios as needed for the task.

  • Considerations: The larger the order, the more sicarios you'll need to protect it—1 sicario is required for every $250K in stock value.

When you receive stock in your hideout, make sure to calculate the number of sicarios needed to defend it. You should count 1 sicario for every $500k of goods at market price. To secure a hideout, go to the hideout menu and then to the security submenu, where you can choose the number of sicarios required. After one hour, the sicarios will be deployed to the site if they are available.

Step 4: Packaging the Product

• Action: Once the order arrived to your stock, you MUST Package the product into smaller units suitable for retail sale. You can ask a packager to do this.

• Details:

  • Use the packager to process the bulk stock into individual retail units or cut the product to increase quantity while reducing quality.

• How to Package: Go to the packager menu and specify the quantity to be processed for retail.

Step 5: Restocking Dealers

• Action: Distribute the packaged products to your dealers.

• Details:

  • Transporters will restock dealers at their selling spots.

  • It takes approximately five in-game minutes per dealer to complete restocking.

• How to Restock: Ensure you have enough transporters available to deliver the stock to the dealers.

Step 6: Selling and Collecting Cash

• Action: Monitor your dealers as they sell stock and collect cash.

• Details:

  • Dealers' stock will decrease as they sell, and their cash reserves will fill up.

  • Collect cash when it exceeds $3,000 to avoid the risk of dealers running off if it surpasses $10,000.

• How to Collect Cash: Ensure you have enough transporters and sicarios are availables

Step 7: Managing Your Hideouts

• Action: Manage and secure your hideouts.

• Details:

  • Each hideout needs a cash reserve to function effectively.

  • Assign sicarios to secure the hideout, especially if it contains stock.

  • Check the hideout’s status regularly to prevent theft or raids.

• How to Secure: Assign sicarios through the hideout management menu. Be aware that full-time security means these members won’t be available for other tasks.

Step 8: Expanding Your Territory

• Action: Purchase additional hideouts to expand your operations.

• Details:

  • Use the profits from your first hideout to buy new hideouts.

  • The cost is $100,000 per location.

  • Initially, negotiate for new territories; future updates may allow you to take control by force.

• How to Expand: Transfer funds to the organization and use them to purchase new hideouts from the hideout menu.

Step 9: Money Laundering

• Action: Launder money by asking you money launderer.

• Details:

  • You launderer can launder 1M$ an hour

  • There is random fees that will be lost.

Tips and Best Practices

• Monitor Dealer Activity: Keep an eye on individual dealer profiles to manage stock and cash flow efficiently.

• Balance Security: Ensure enough sicarios are assigned to security, but not so many that other tasks are left understaffed.

• Strategic Expansion: Expand your territory when your current hideouts are profitable and well-secured.

• Preset System: Use the HUD menu presets to quickly access different aspects of your organization’s operations without too much page flipping.
