Major Update – Full Presentation

Hello everyone,
I’m excited to introduce the latest update for Car Wizard – Criminal Organization: Go Big or Go Home.
This version brings a complete criminal management system: territories, logistics, corruption, dealers, money laundering, and full automation.

Make sure you didn't freeze the game time.

1. Create Your Organization

Start by creating your Organization:

• Choose your initial capital

• Select your starting territory (each has a limited number of dealing spots — fewer spots = harder progression)

I recommend starting with a larger capital to learn the mechanics.

2. Headquarters & Hideout

Your Organization is built around two main components:

Headquarters

• Manage corruption

• Hire lawyers

• Hire money launderers

Hideout

• Store drugs

• Store cash from sales

• Recruit and manage your operational members

You’ll need to transfer money between both structures. Don’t drain one completely; each serves a critical role.

3. HUD & Management

You can fully customize the HUD or even hide it while letting the Organization run in the background.
However, at the beginning, keep the smart HUD enabled for both HQ and Hideout to follow the mechanics correctly.

4. Recruit Your Team

To operate your cartel, you must recruit:

• Transporters (move shipments & cash)

• Sicarios (protect shipments & the Hideout)

• Dealers (sell the product)

• Packagers (cut & package drugs)

• A Lieutenant (boost and stabilize operations)

You can track the full composition of each Hideout at any moment.

5. Ordering & Transporting Drugs

You can place drug orders through the Providers menu:

• Select the product

• Choose quantity (large orders = discounts)

• You need one transporter per 100 kg

Once the order is placed, tasks are generated automatically.

6. Authorities, Corruption & Lawyers

Every in-game hour, authorities attempt to intercept your deliveries and arrest members.

To reduce the risk:

• Bribe local politicians

• Bribe police stations

• Bribe judges

• Bribe the governor

You’ll also need lawyers. More experienced = more expensive but far more efficient at freeing arrested members.

Corruption protection requires recurring payments. For example, a strategy costing $496,000 per in-game hour will quickly drain your HQ if not maintained.

7. Processing the Drug Stock

Once shipments reach the Hideout, the product arrives as unpackaged stock (1 kg blocks).

You can then:

• Cut the product (lower quality, triple the quantity, increase profits)

• Directly package it into street bags

Cutting or packaging creates tasks (e.g., 20 tasks of 10 kg).
Everything currently being processed appears under In-Process Stock.

Once finished, goods move to Packaged Stock, ready for distribution.

8. Dealers & Street Distribution

Transporters automatically restock dealers.

Dealers behavior:

• When waiting for stock → smoke or text the Hideout

• On the map → hourglass blip

• After restock → blip shows the drug they are selling

• When you’re nearby → an animation simulates their street interactions

When dealers finish selling, transporters and sicarios collect the money and return it to the Hideout.

9. Money Laundering & Offshore Accounts

Once the Hideout is full of cash, send money back to the HQ, then hire accountants.
Accountants clean $1,000,000 per hour each and transfer it to any bank account you’ve created in CarWizard Bank.

After one in-game hour, you’ll receive multiple transfers from fictional companies (minus a small fee).

10. Save & Resume Your Criminal Empire

Once your Organization is profitable and stable, simply save your entire setup and load it again whenever you want.

TEASER - Criminal Organization part2 : Go big or Go Home !

While waiting for the next map updates, I’ve made huge progress on CarWizard – Criminal Organization: Go Big or Go Home. This is only a teaser, i will release it in soon, maybe one week.

The focus of this update was performance and stability. The mod can now handle more drugs, members, and simultaneous operations. Everything is still fully simulated, so it remains a heavy and ambitious mod.

🧠 Major new mechanics:

• Every in-game hour, authorities can attempt to intercept your transports based on a dynamic probability.

• If intercepted, a random number of members involved in the delivery can be arrested.

• This risk can be drastically reduced with the right corruption and political strategy.

• Arrested members still draw a salary, but a skilled lawyer can help get them out.

• World animations and behaviors have been greatly improved for immersion and realism.

💾 Save System : You can now save AND manage multiple independent save slots.

Hideout security (new)

• Simplified security: Securing hideouts was too complex — now having enough sicarios is enough, they will automatically guard the hideout.

• Autonomous lieutenants: Hiring a lieutenant lets them automatically recruit sicarios based on the stock value.

🚗 Bonus Feature – Vehicle Presets:
You can now save and auto-apply presets for your favorite vehicles.
No more transparent chassis or Menyoo fixes — save your config once, and every time you enter that vehicle model, it loads automatically, ready to roll.

PM 3.7 : KING MAVERICK / 1124 Vinewood Hills V2

For those who had Pacific Villa installed, a conflict was causing the garage to load incorrectly — this issue has now been resolved. The helipad was also slightly relocated, and has been adjusted accordingly.

🔥 IMPORTANT : 🔥
This map is insane — but be warned, it’s massive: 400MB. If you spawn too many vehicles inside, your game will likely start glitching or crash. Don’t message me saying it’s broken — I have the same issue. Personally, I’ve never managed to load more than 6 cars without the game crashing.

To reduce the risk of crashes, I drastically lowered the number of security guards in this version.

If you somehow manage to fill the 17-car garage without any problems, please reach out and send me your gameconfig.xml, along with your ResourceAdjuster and HeapAdjuster settings. If it works on my setup, I’ll be seriously grateful — and I’ll make sure to reward you.

Also, if you’re using the updated version of the map, don’t forget to set IsV2=true under [1124] in your settings file.

🚀 Paradise Island Added to Property Manager! 🎶🍾

Leuge_56 has just released a very big map with a new type of gameplay — this time, a whole island ! Naturally, I’ve added full support for this new property in Property Manager.

As always, I’ve integrated the essential features:

If you downloaded version 2.1.4 of any of these mods before today, you should delete it immediately and replace it with version 2.1.3. Also, run a virus scan on your PC to be safe.

PM 2.8 : 1124 Vinewood hills

First of all, thank you so much for your patience and support! I know many of you have been eagerly waiting for the 1124 Vinewood Hills mansion to be supported in Property Manager, and I’m happy to finally deliver this update.

Unfortunately, the release was delayed due to a series of setbacks: the mansion was released publicly just as I left for vacation without my development setup, and shortly after returning, my water cooling system failed and damaged my graphics card. I had to rebuild my setup and work on a much older PC in the meantime, which made the process longer than expected.

That said, I’ve done my best to bring you this update, and I truly hope it will meet your expectations. Thank you again for your patience and understanding—I couldn’t do this without you!

Clarifying Some Key Mechanics

Following the live session with Games & Graphics, I received valuable user feedback. I can't thank him enough for the time he took to provide it and for sticking through despite the mod's lack of intuitiveness. To address his comments and improve the experience, I’ll be creating a ‘version Bis’ between Part 2 and Part 3.

I'd like to clarify a few points that might not be intuitive in Criminal Organization.

Managing a hideout and transfer money: 

Firstly, you never need to physically go to a Hideout to manage it. You have access to the exact same menu here:

• Hustle > Criminal Organization > [Your Criminal Organization Name] > Hideouts > [The Hideout Name] 

When you first create your organization and acquire your initial hideout, you need to transfer funds from the organization to THIS hideout. Here’s how:

• Hustle > Criminal Organization > [Your Criminal Organization Name] > Transfer Money > [Your Hideout Name]

This distinction is crucial because, when purchasing your third hideout, you'll need to gather funds from your existing hideouts back into the organization (a sort of contribution). You do this by transferring money into the organization’s centralized cash via the hideout menu: Hustle > Criminal Organization > [Your Criminal Organization Name] > Hideouts > [The Hideout Name] > Transfer Money > [To Hideout or Organization]

Don't worry, I’m revisiting this money transfer feature and will simplify it!

Hideout security :

As for hideout security management, I’m working on a more straightforward setup. But to summarize:

• For every $500k worth of drugs in street value stored in the hideout, you should assign a sicario. So, if your stock is valued at $3.5M, you should have 7 sicarios securing the hideout. If you don't invisible people will steal from you :p
  

Collecting Cash :

You don’t need to manually collect money from the dealers. A 'collect money' task requiring a sicario and a transporter is automatically created once a dealer has over $3,000 in cash. However, if you don't have enough transporters or sicarios available, some dealers might not get served, and their stash could exceed $10,000. In this case, you’ll need to hire more transporters or sicarios depending wich one are lacking OR collect it yourself.

Typical gameplay : 

If you’re up for a more challenging experience (with limited funds, patience is essential), follow these steps:

Start by settling into a mansion with an initial budget of $50K, and establish a small hideout with a capacity of 8 slots, for example.

Access the HUD settings and configure it to display only your organization’s “cash only” view, while setting the hideout view to “full.” This HUD setup will help you effectively monitor your progress, especially when you’re operating just one hideout.

Next, hire your team: 8 dealers, 4 transporters, 8 sicarios (assigning 4 to secure the hideout), and 1 packager (the lieutenant is optional).

Begin by ordering 1 kg of low-quality meth or 2 kg of weed, ensuring that you don’t spend more than 50% of your cash reserves so you can cover your crew’s salaries. Once the package arrives at the warehouse, instruct your packager to prepare it without compromising quality. Keep selling until you start turning a profit. There’s no need to collect the money from your dealers manually; let your transporters and sicarios handle that.

When your funds reach $75K, you can start investing in high-quality meth. Cut the product before selling to maximize your profit while minimizing your direct involvement.

Finally, once you’ve accumulated $3.6M, consider expanding by purchasing a second hideout for $3.2M. Make sure to maintain $200K in cash at your first hideout and transfer another $200K to the treasury of your newly acquired hideout. And let's go for a second cycle with two hideouts.

Note

The goal of this mod is to spend some time setting up your organization at the begining, hide the HUD (leaving only the cash and stock view, for example), enjoy the game, and come back later to add a hideout or expand your operations. As you develop more hideouts, the call to action will become more intense, as your teams become more experienced, and tasks will be completed faster.

Introduction

In the CarWizard mod for GTA 5, you build and manage a criminal organization. From recruiting members to expanding your territory, each step involves strategic decision-making. This guide walks you through each phase, explaining the actions you need to take to grow your empire successfully.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Organization

• Action: Start by creating your criminal organization.

• Details: Choose your starting capital and the location of your first hideout. The size of the stash and the number of spots of this hideout will affect the difficulty level.

• Don't forget to transfer Cash from the organization to the hideout !!!

Very important, use the HUD panel to adapt the dashboard to your needs. Watch the video for more details.

Step 2: Recruiting Members

• Action: Recruit various types of members to help run your organization.

• Member Types:

  • Transporters: Transfer drugs and cash between locations.

  • Dealers: You can't hire more dealers than your hideout spots.

  • Sicarios: Provide security for hideouts and convoys. You need a certain number of sicarios to secure your hideout. one sicario can secure 500K$

  • Packagers: Process bulk stock into retail-ready units.

  • Money Launderer : Each one can launder 1M$ an hour.

  • Lieutenants (optional): Provide reports and alert you to necessary actions.

  • How to Recruit: Access the recruitment menu and select the number and type of members needed for your operation.

Step 3: Placing Orders

• Action: Place orders for drugs to be transported to your hideout.

• Details:

  • Start by selecting a supplier, such as Madrazo, for high-quality cocaine.

  • Choose the quantity of the product.

  • Assign transporters and sicarios as needed for the task.

  • Considerations: The larger the order, the more sicarios you'll need to protect it—1 sicario is required for every $250K in stock value.

When you receive stock in your hideout, make sure to calculate the number of sicarios needed to defend it. You should count 1 sicario for every $500k of goods at market price. To secure a hideout, go to the hideout menu and then to the security submenu, where you can choose the number of sicarios required. After one hour, the sicarios will be deployed to the site if they are available.

Step 4: Packaging the Product

• Action: Once the order arrived to your stock, you MUST Package the product into smaller units suitable for retail sale. You can ask a packager to do this.

• Details:

  • Use the packager to process the bulk stock into individual retail units or cut the product to increase quantity while reducing quality.

• How to Package: Go to the packager menu and specify the quantity to be processed for retail.

Step 5: Restocking Dealers

• Action: Distribute the packaged products to your dealers.

• Details:

  • Transporters will restock dealers at their selling spots.

  • It takes approximately five in-game minutes per dealer to complete restocking.

• How to Restock: Ensure you have enough transporters available to deliver the stock to the dealers.

Step 6: Selling and Collecting Cash

• Action: Monitor your dealers as they sell stock and collect cash.

• Details:

  • Dealers' stock will decrease as they sell, and their cash reserves will fill up.

  • Collect cash when it exceeds $3,000 to avoid the risk of dealers running off if it surpasses $10,000.

• How to Collect Cash: Ensure you have enough transporters and sicarios are availables

Step 7: Managing Your Hideouts

• Action: Manage and secure your hideouts.

• Details:

  • Each hideout needs a cash reserve to function effectively.

  • Assign sicarios to secure the hideout, especially if it contains stock.

  • Check the hideout’s status regularly to prevent theft or raids.

• How to Secure: Assign sicarios through the hideout management menu. Be aware that full-time security means these members won’t be available for other tasks.

Step 8: Expanding Your Territory

• Action: Purchase additional hideouts to expand your operations.

• Details:

  • Use the profits from your first hideout to buy new hideouts.

  • The cost is $100,000 per location.

  • Initially, negotiate for new territories; future updates may allow you to take control by force.

• How to Expand: Transfer funds to the organization and use them to purchase new hideouts from the hideout menu.

Step 9: Money Laundering

• Action: Launder money by asking you money launderer.

• Details:

  • You launderer can launder 1M$ an hour

  • There is random fees that will be lost.

Tips and Best Practices

• Monitor Dealer Activity: Keep an eye on individual dealer profiles to manage stock and cash flow efficiently.

• Balance Security: Ensure enough sicarios are assigned to security, but not so many that other tasks are left understaffed.

• Strategic Expansion: Expand your territory when your current hideouts are profitable and well-secured.

• Preset System: Use the HUD menu presets to quickly access different aspects of your organization’s operations without too much page flipping.
