Non-Main Characters enhancements + hotfix

Exciting news! We've rolled out a new update for our mod with some important changes:
- Tropical Villa Purchasable: You can now buy the Tropical Villa, a quick fix!
- Enhancements for Non-Main Characters: For those playing as characters other than Trevor, Franklin, or Michael:
With PlayerCompanion Mod: If you have the latest PlayerCompanion mod installed, non-main characters will use their own wallets.
Without PlayerCompanion Mod: Transactions will proceed with an 'infinite balance' approach for a smooth experience.
