I will just quote No Life Shaq
You have some decent people
You have some good people
Then you have some great people
And then you have Eminem God tier level. If a person is ever to reach that level IT’S A RAP !!! See what i did there wrap …. Rap ….. had to explain like Em does his lyrics 🤣😀

Lupe fiasco - Mural (most lyrical song ever)
Lupe fiasco - King nas (INSANE wordplay and rhymes schemes)
Lupe fiasco - Lupe the killer (CRAZY street bars)
Lupe fiasco - The Coolest (one of the best IF NOT the best conceptual songs)
Lupe fiasco - WAV files (History of slaves in america with INSANE level of rapping)
Lupe fiasco - Hurt Me Soul (one of the best conscious song)
I gave you 6 because 5 wouldn't do him justice honestly, yeah I'm sorry NO RAPPER is competing with this. This is off the top of my head too probably forgot a lot of his best songs. Like every song here shows Lupe is the goat.

The only guy I can think of that meets the requirements your asking........and this might be a reach but the only one in my opinion matching EM with this criteria is Slim Shady

I'll throw Tech N9ne up here
1. "This Ring" - lyrical writing (although there's a ton, I'll show the one many consider his best example)
2. "Not One of Them" - Cadence (although again, it's a pick 'em like betting odds between his giant catalog but this is a feature for JL/Stevie Stone)
3. "Fear" - Emotional/relatable lyrics and delivery
4. "ZOD"/"Einstein"/"Red Kingdom" - Anthem writing (quite a few more out there)
5. "Blown Away" - Diss (no answer back AFAIK, very few examples as he doesn't diss usually)
6."Outdone" - Rhythm (actually doing most of the song where the only drums were his percussive vocals. There's freestyles of tech with no beat, making his own percussion with just his voice and maybe hitting his chest)
7. Used to be a break-dancer (lol)

ill say something different my first thought was royce but, i think king iso has alot of range and hes a newer guy and i think king iso is #2 on strange, hes fire asf.
1.hypocrite: has very good story telling and a good mental health meaning
2. TFB: a good gym song
3. jim carrey: a fire song that isnt just rap but shows his singing and his skills outside of just fast rap
4.dark side: shows his incredible flow, but its so hard to narrow it down to 1 song to show his incredible flow
5.im okay or imh: both show is harmonic flow somewhat how tech does it

"You hoes couldn’t roast me with the shit I wrote you".
It’s not only WHAT Em says, it’s HOW says it.
Total package. There’s nothing he cannot do rap wise. Different breed.

Kendrick -
1. Duckworth (storytelling)
2. Rigamortus (flow)
3. Nostalgia (bars)
4. Meet the grahams/ Not like us (disses)
5. Alright/humble (hits)
I was an Em fan first when I started listening to hip hop and I can see why people would have Em songs/versus over my list but I’ve personally grown to appreciate and listen to Kendrick more. Which is ironic cuz when I was younger and heard bits of Kendrick I thought he sounded weird but now he’s my favorite rapper 😂

Lil wayne has some crazy versatility that people don't appreciate. Just on the Carter V you can see the difference in style of music and the only MC that people agree Eminem didn't murder on a feat. A milli, lollipop, uproar, open letter, Lose, Mess, how to love, 6 foot 7 foot. Need I say more

Em orbits around a different sun. But in terms of the hope and future for hip hop and one of them carrying on some of what Em does as a true artist of the genre, Kendrick the only one with the ability to learn and apply Em stuff, with his own take. He may be the only one interested and humble enough to study Em like he admitted doing before in another video. So here's to hoping.

Only Kdot and Pac. Big is a close 2nd. NAS a close third. The rest, nahhhh not in the same league.
Kendrick - Alright
Kendrick - Not Like Us
Lil Wayne w/ Kendrick - Mona Lisa
Pac - Hit em Up
Pac - All eyes on me
Pac - Changes
I'm sure there's more.

Was the person who “put you on” to WAV files/hurt me soul etc. so I think I have some credibility should you choose to explore these ( and giving you 5 new ones)
For Lupe:
1. story telling and creativity: The cool (song and not album
Alternate: daydreamin’
2. BARS/ENTREDRES: Peace of payper/cup of Jayzus
Alternate: SLR3
3. Laid back introspective and emotional:
ghetto story (steady mobbing)
Alternate: palaces (new album)
4. More trap/grimy stuff(while still clever)-No problems (Ft. Future)
Alternate: kick in the door (bigger copy cat)
5. MIXTAPE LU-
mean and viscous
Alternate: twilight zone
BONUS:
6. Clear concise consciousness with BARS:
1. Conflict diamonds (mixtape)
2. American terrorist

Dude Eminem can go from Role Model to Kings Never Die to the verse on Fuel and then back to a song like criminal. He is a walking spectrum of hip hop
