this was supposed to be part of the 2024 latter august sanic_bum back to back video initiative, however despite playing this game since i was a toddler adjacent young child, i for some reason never fucking knew that the b button allowed you to drift. in a game called sonic drift. i only learned of this after recording the video, so to avoid public shame and potential societal exile, you get to pay for it instead (:
