I think it might be more accurate to say it's possible to be the most syllables in a certain amount of time but I'd have to slow it down with accurate lyrics to count accurately. I thought the fastest in the world as the record was a rapper named Rebel XD but I looked it up just now and his record was set in 1998 but beaten in 2005 by a rapper named NoClue. NoClue spit 14.1 syllables per second in 51 seconds for about 723 words total. Fun side fact, Eminem holds the record actually for fastest rap in a single verse for 11 syllables per second, 22 words per second, for a total of 223 words in 30 seconds. I guess being in a commercially released song is the qualifier that makes it a different world record.
