I call it "Kitties with big titties".
The artist is Greenhelldraws, who can be found on Twitter/X. He'll probably post this there at some point, which is why this is only at the $1 paywall (Patreon requires all NSFW to be paywalled in some way, even though my entire Patreon is 18+, go figure).
It's nice to have a cute/sexy image of the two of them, especially one that makes Nina's massive height apparent. She's a big girl, and Fei is jelly.
