DT2 - Maps

This is mostly an update to the political borders from the first maps, which can be seen here: https://www.kdrobertsonbooks.com/demons-throne-maps

The only real changes are that Compagnon is no more, the Kingdom Kavolara exists, and Avolar's borders have slightly expanded. I actually made a slight mistake on the map for the Tolaran Federation in Book 1, in retrospect - they're not supposed to control part of the island of Allornaine and some of the northern territory. But I don't know if I'll use that plot point anyway, so whatever.

The other changes are from a map-making perspective and are very slight. I've update the text to be more readable, basically. Especially on e-readers and phones, when the map is likely to be shrunk down. I still need to revisit how I display faction and island/region names.

In short, the old version uses a serif font (Times New Roman), is slightly grey, and is actually a little smaller in places. I now use a san-serif font (Lato) for better readability on digital devices when resized and use straight white with a black outline.

Most of these changes took place when creating the maps for Heretic Spellblade (and I worked out a better way of doing border changes that allows me to move between the borders of books as necessary), but I rolled them over to this map.

I'll likely revisit the map-making process for any future series. Especially if I do something that isn't a fantasy series. For now, this works well enough that I can easily create and modify the maps in Photoshop without much effort.
