[WiP] 3D trees for Trial Mountain

I have yet to select tree models (only one model used in this WiP), adjust the number of trees and LOD distance to get the best visual / performance ratio.
But I think the release is around the corner :o)

Really happy that you are doing all the tracks for Assetto Corsa Evoluzione. We will finally have GT7 on pc. Appreciate all your hard work.
