Just some advice on patreon levels, it would be nice if you sent an email to those who signup providing links to infomation for additional benefit features such as how to use the color codes )^3 etc) at the moment you pay $80+ and get smacked with a simple "go to the forums for support" and then don't really get much help on there, more seen as a problem than a customer. Maybe a Patreon support section on discrd would fix that.

Unfortunately patreon isn't very clear in the "monthly access" payment section. When you purchase a patreon pledge you are NOT buying a month worth of days like other places online, instead you are paying for "access" to the content for the current month. This does mean that if for example you pay $25 on April 28 (2 days before the 1st) you WILL be charged again on May 1 for access to the month of may. this can be frustrating for first time pledgers that dont know this and spend a lot of money only to be charged again a couple days later. It's often best to just wait and purchase a pledge at the beginning of a month not near the end of it.

You signed up for the wrong Patreon. Also, whichever server you're trying to sign up with is breaking FiveM's ToS (You must use Tebex for any payments)
