Huge Update! Release Date! Thank You! And more!

Good news everyone! The time has finally arrived, AstroKaen started a almost a year ago next month and we've been working and building on Melting Point's foundation over the last year to make sure once we begin moving forward with the story we can do so swiftly, easily, and without any hiccups.

The big deciding factor for when it was time to move forward was dependent on the polish level of the game we want to provide the best possible experience to all of you for Melting Point and any other future projects the studio creates. We only want to produce the best because all of YOU who are making this possible deserve only the best.

And that time has finally arrived, I'll be announcing it to the Public on April 30th but first thank you everyone who helped out during our Tech Demos. The feedback, thoughts, and suggestions truly helped us in making the best possible version of Melting Point we could.

May 7th is the day Melting Point will finally be released to the public for everyone to play. Thank you all for making this possible. From this release to the public we're hoping that we'll be able to reach those funding goals that we've set out on the Patreon. Reaching those goals will allow for the studio to remain afloat and we'll be able to continue developing Melting Point and other games in the future. Reaching higher goals means that we'll be able to make this our full time jobs and be able to bring out content at an even more rapid pace! (Currently since I'm paying for development out of my own pocket I can only afford to pay everyone for 20 hours of work every week so we're only at half efficiency right now!)

I once again will like to thank every single one of you who supported early, helped in the tech demos, and truly believed in the project.

Some important notices as well for everyone!

After the public demo is released the next update will be Chapter 1 and that'll be Patreon only. Up until this point I've let any tier patron get the builds since they were tech demos but starting at Chapter 1 only Copper Supporters and above will begin to receive ongoing chapters of Melting Point.

We don't have a set timeframe for how long every Chapter will take us, and that's mainly because of funding, the goals I set up on the Patreon are actually concrete goals that'll allow for me to hold the studio together. Everyone's committed to keep working on the project even if we don't reach those goals through the Patreon but the speed will become even more reduced soon unless some of those early initial goals are met over the next few months.(The money I have been using to pay everyone is running out so eventually they'll only be able to work on the project in their spare time or when I manage to get the funding to pay them for a bit.)

If we do reach those funding goals our goal is to get to a new chapter release every 2 months, and a chapter that includes a new girl every 3 months, that's the ideal timeline if everyone get's to that full time status.
