What's happening next?

I wanted to give everyone an update on what I'm working on. Right now I have one of my earlier works that has been expanded and is now going through the editing process for publication at the end of October. It's something a little different, it's a look at our world after it has been changed into something resembling a gaming system. Mayhem and chaos ensue and the book will look at different snapshots of what happened at the time. Every couple of chapters will focus on a different story, but they are all loosely connected as you will see by the end.

You'll get a peek at a president, soldiers, a car salesman, a baker with heart, fighter pilots, an elementary school teacher, kids, retirees, gamers, a secret service agent, rednecks, and a serial killer.

They'll face dungeons, dragons, troglodytes, giant centipedes, thugs, terrorists, nightmares made flesh, an elder being from the deeps, gnomes, more gnomes, a mimic, and more.   The book will be called Tales from the Upgrade and it will be a stand-alone novel.

I'm also continuing work on Limitless Seas, which I'll post once I have a few more chapters completed. In the meantime, I'll keep posting chapters from the Cat Core book which I will publish some day. For now, it's more of a side project when I need a break from my main writing. There's something refreshing about writing old Florence Valentine. She's no gamer and doesn't care to be. I love that I get to write her making the worst decisions for her dungeon build and being as stubborn as only an old country lady can be.

I hope to have the first book of Limitless Seas ready by the end of the year and for 2021 I plan on releasing the next 2 Derelict novels which will possibly finish the series, the second Limitless Seas novel, and another stand-alone LitRPG project with an Aztec setting. The Aztec novel will feature cover art from a famous artist who's work you will recognize if you played Dungeons and Dragons in the early days. That's it for now, I hope you're all doing well and thank you again for your support.
