2024-11-15 18:53:03 +0000 UTCForgive me for suggesting this, Heinrich, but I don't think Thor exists; you see, Viking mythology, as was the mythologies of other ancient peoples, born of a need to try and make sense of what, to them, was a seemingly senseless world by inventing stories of Gods, Monsters and heroes in an attempt to explain how certain things came into being, as far as I am aware. Also, one more thing, trying to argue that certain lands belong to a certain ethnic race is an idea which I find deeply uncomfortable and disturbingly familiar, especially after the madness that was Brexit here in the UK and in more recent times a certain bald fellow in Russia when speaking of lands that were once part of the Tsarist Empire. Nationalism and Isolationism. Just. Don't. Work. Just take this from me.
