2021-07-24 11:05:28 +0000 UTCI gotta agree with Kevin. Allowing a game to be more than one genre allows itself more aspects to work with. Game Dev Tycoon acknowledges this as a mechanic of the growing complexity of games as the industry progressed. A favorite example among one of my friend groups is that NASCAR Thunder 2004 had RPG elements. That is a hilarious sentence but somehow the game was better for it. Also, shout out to Starman in the title card. He was my favorite in Pro Wrestling for the NES.
