For context; the lore for spencer is he was born a werewolf which makes him age slower than cursed werewolves who age relatively normally. Isaac is a cursed werewolf that joined part of a werewolf pack (the Leon Pack) from Spencer's father side. Spencer doesn't claim any pack as he's more of a traveller while the Leon Pack claim him.
So just playing with that theme here!
