I was formatting some documents - the employee magazine for the NY Central System (railroad) - for our historical society’s research. It struck me how many men who had worked for the railroad and were listed as serving in the military in 1919 and had died of disease (influenza) and not battlefield injuries. Every facet of society felt an impact from the epidemic 😷. This nice series of history lessons on Extra History is what got me to subscribe and become a patron. Keep up your great work! 👏👏👏

A World Dominated by new Ideologies like Democracy and Communism. It was Called the War to End All Wars because it was the last Time that Empires ~ True Empires, with Absolute Monarchs ~ would Fight. It would also Determine who the Winners and Losers of the 20th Century would be, and it would also set the Stage for the Second World War 20 Years later.
