This incredibly engaging teaching style is something I’d like to propogate and If you guys had a way for people to help you with more than just money so the corpus of knowledge here gets bigger and bigger faster, that would be awesome!

As a small boy I remember my father telling me stories of the ancient shahs of Iran. My favorite story was of the legendary library/university of Gondi-shāpur, گندی شاپور and how before it was tragically destroyed, it rivaled the more famous Library of Alexandria. & ever since then, I've been a history buff, & have secretly dreamt somehow seeing that place and time in history. This is why animation is one of my favorite artistic mediums; because, even using the most basic tools, you can (re)create legandary places like this you can't anywhere else! When I saw the palace of Ctesiphon, I literally had to pause and appreciate all of this! Thank you for bringing my history to life! I wish 7 year old me could have seen these vids. Again i really appreciate the attention to details. Like in the last scene when Khosrou is in his throne room, his crown 👑 is even held up by chains! When the 'Lies' video eventually comes out, I want to know all the sources you've been reading; I want to read them all! Endless thanks! & Happy holidays to everyone @ EC ! PS if you ever do that mythology series, can we see some of the shahname?
