I have Discovered that, in Order to get the new YouTube layout what you need to do is go to this Website <a href="https://www.youtube.com/testtube" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.youtube.com/testtube</a> and click on the Button underneath the Headline, "A Fresh new look for YouTube." If you don't like it then you click on the same Button to get the old YouTube restored. I Think I recieved it because Google say it is in the Beta Testing Phase at the Moment, so the Final Version might look different than it is now, and they want Feedback from the Public.
