Do I Need a Vacation?
Added 2025-10-13 21:02:34 +0000 UTCOver the past few weeks, I started feeling a bit “off.” Those who join the Discord streams probably noticed I was even absent for a few days: I was slipping into burnout. It happens to every creator at some point, right?
After talking with some of my amazing supporters, I realized something kind of shocking… I haven’t taken a real break in almost five years! Since the start of the pandemic, I’ve never truly stopped working with draws, always juggling extra jobs to make ends meet.
But if I keep pushing myself while feeling sick like this, there’ll come a day when I won’t be able to draw at all TT__TT
So yeah… maybe it’s time to admit that even artists need a little vacation sometimes.
That’s why I’ve decided to take a short break around my birthday — from December 20th to January 10th, 2026. It’s not a long time, but it’s a moment to spend with my family and take proper care of myself. <3
