the leaf test is difficult because you gotta keep all leaves in your hand. if you catch a leaf and you try to catch another while still holding the leaf and it falls then it doesn't count as a catch. you need to adjust the speed and keep accuracy. this is the type of test that builds speed. and yes they eat a lot of seafood. specifically sushi, tempura shrimp, and I think some eat koi. the way he's jabbing he relaxes his fist before the jab. in martial arts or in any form of exercise relaxing produces numerous results
