Band Shirt Sketches
Added 2024-02-12 10:23:13 +0000 UTCHey folks, I've been working (frantically) on the sequel to the band shirt comic that tumblr liked so much, trying to get it done in time for valentines day. I might not make it, since I also have Work work and I have to mail out some stickers (!!).
I got as far as inking and colouring half of my first draft, but I realised the quality was not up to the standard I wanted, rip. I think it was that I never committed to working out proper model sheets for these two chars, so I didn't reliably know how to draw them from different angles, and the first comic is from like three years ago, wow. Anyway, I made myself do a bunch of practice drawing their hair from different angles today, so I can get more confident with it. Tomorrow I'll work a bit more on a new draft
