Gaara's team being exceptional since all 3 of them made it to the final exam. Naruto and Sasuke are both improving rapidly too. Neji, Shino, and Shikamaru are the most overall capable people on their teams too.

2025-02-23 05:56:29 +0000 UTCFun fact: just FYI Anbu are a group of elite ninja that essentially take on the role of black-ops agents under the direct control of the Hokage for his own bidding in the shadows, to benefit the village's welfare (as opposed to the public facing ninja squads used for business and public relations). There is also an off-breed group of similar elite ninja called root, but not necessary to know about at this point. Main take away is that if Kabuto took them out without difficulty, you can be assured that is a testament to his Strength. To be able to get into in the Anbu at any point in your shinobi career usually means you're an absolute weapon as a ninja.

Kabuto being a spy is suppose to make you think he's mediocre but in reality you'll be surprised by him just like in the forest and orochimaru's reveal on his strength level.
