This is true. I am a mystic and learned things over the years following and looking. THE FATHER built us a certain way and the satanic government wants us to forget and also lose these spiritual powers that we have by a form of micro evolution. The less we use our mind, the more and more we lose them. Scientists say we use a small percent of our brain power, and that’s due to what we are discussing here. Happy findings. Energy flows through the body. Understand that when you exercise your energy flows immensely. Exercise hard and put your hands together and feel the energy. You can understand it and manipulate it. But this knowledge is dangerous because it’s meant for good, and if the wrong people learn and understand how to use this, it would be a very bad thing.

I found a YouTube video a few years ago that demonstrate this 'Chi" in real life. When I accidentally come across the video again due the algorithm, I felt like sharing so you guys can see it for yourself. I will put the link down below. Although practice this looks fairly easy; i would not recommend it. I think in a way it is a little (too) occult for my personal taste because of my believes, but... nonetheless I find it quite interesting.
