Vegeta certainly has a way with words. He articulated his feelings perfectly. Goku makes him feel like a loser even though that’s his own warped perception.

Exactly haha, I will only understand the Gohan beating Cell point. Still Vegeta had many wins over Goku actually haha!

That was 100% a Toriyama problem, but I get what you're trying to say. Let's just go by the fact that Goku wanted to hold back so Vegeta can keep his pride as a saiyan warrior. Vegeta would be as strong as or even more powerful than Goku if he trained the exact same way as him.

Vegeta is the perfect example of why it’s bad to have an ego. Technically Goku has never beat Vegeta in a one on one fight…. And yes Goku defeated Freiza but it was Vegeta son that killed freiza. Also Vegeta played a part in Cell being killed by Gohan

Didn't it take a combined effort of Goku, Gohan, Krillin and Yajirobe to bring down Vegeta the first time around? And how did Goku cut down Vegeta's pride? If me and another guy took martial arts classes and trained consistently, yet the other guy is better than me each time, do I blame him? No, that's a me problem. Or I blame the writing staff XD I will say, for Vegeta to be as strong as he is without afterlife training is impressive. Imagine if he got the same training as Goku and spent 7 years in the afterlife? Honestly, I feel he'd probably be stronger. Also, you can tell Goku cares a lot about Vegta's pride, as he does hold back his back pocket option, when he really could've just finished everything on his own at or before this point. Or you know, Toriyama hadn't come up with certain things yet, so there's that too.
