Claire sat at her makeup vanity, a hair dryer in one hand, a brush in the other, blowing out her auburn hair with a series of strokes, leaving it flat, sleek and shiny.  She scarcely noticed what she was doing as it was part of her daily morning routine, the motions expert and automatic.

Claire had virtually forgotten the strange bout that had come over her last night.  Instead her mind was back on earlier this morning, a small smile playing on her lips....

Justin toweled himself off in the bedroom.  He’d left Claire in the shower stall, leaning against the glass, panting, in a half-stupor, the water lukewarm.  They’d gone at it in the shower for so long that most of the hot water had been used up.

Everything was vague.  Justin was so confused, and couldn’t say where he was.  Eventually, he realized he was sitting in his car, though he had no idea where he was or where he was going.  Was he even driving?  He gradually noticed he was aroused as hell, hard as a rock.

He realized then that he wasn’t alone, though that wasn’t particularly startling.  It was Jane, his wife’s sister who was sitting in the passenger seat.

Justin stood there at the sink, absently scrubbing the dishes, warm water hissing from the faucet, trying to figure out what to say.  He figured that with Claire lying down upstairs, this was the perfect time to try to talk to Jane and make sure she wasn’t going to tell her sister about the car ride, but he couldn’t see how he could accomplish that while she was in this zoned-out state.

Justin sighed, roughly running his hand through his hair in aggravation.  He stared up at the ceiling of the car, before looking back down to stare lazily at the gridlocked traffic in front of him, drumming his fingers on the steering wheel.

Driving to the airport, right at 5 PM on a Friday.  There was no worse time of day to make this drive, and no time he’d like less to do it.

I am done with my revisions for what I've written so far, which is 33K words.  It's a decent margin of padding, though I'm troubled because I haven't finished and I don't have any real ending -- but I'm putting out what I have anyway because 1) I'm happy with what I've written and I'd love to start sharing, and 2) I'm so so appreciative for you Patrons for patiently waiting.  Thank you so very much for sticking with me, that means so very much to me.

I'm glad I haven't started releasing because I've not made much progress lately as compared to earlier in the year.  I'll get close to completion before releasing on a regular schedule.  Billing paused until then!

I'm continuing to work on Vector, but thinking about either re-writing some parts or else needing to insert some content to better develop the arc.  I am working to make it worth the wait!

I'm sorry to neglect this page, but it's not an indication of lack of progress!  I've just hit the 20K word mark on my latest story, entitled 'Vector'.  

It's going to be fun and there is a lot of personal inspiration in it.

Billing paused for August!

Hi Patrons! 

Well, my number has finally been drawn and I've come down with Covid for the first time.  It's not been bad overall -- very little fever, if any at all.  A little bit of a scratchy throat and some congestion.  That's it!  Most strangely is not feeling particularly fatigued, but anytime I nap or sleep in (which I would rarely do ordinarily), it quickly becomes several extra hours.  I expect to be back to 100% by next week.
