The filler doesn't make sense since Goku can beat Pikkon but Pikkon beats Cell easily. But the matter of fact is, Pikkon did beat Cell easily with 1 kick and fist let's just not ignore that. They just made Pikkon look stronger in the filler, I can't do anything about it 🤷🏻♂️ I can't just watch that and say Cell is stronger after seeing his butt kicked like that easily by him. It's dumb I know because it doesn't make sense after the Goku vs Pikkon fight, but it's the truth.

You underestimate Cell a lot, stop comparing him to Paikuhan and even less Oulibu lol 😂 Goku is no match for Cell and yet he beats Paikuhan and Olibu easily if he fights seriously
