We had in previous episode the colours during Kaïoken of the SSJ1; but on this episode there are the lightnings of SSJ2; I don't think it is a prefiguration because SSJ 2 appears so much later, and there was lightning before in the anime (Nappa) but never blue ones I think. They just wanted to add some visual signature to make everyone see the power of Goku. Well, all this to say that it is a joy to the eyes to watch that!
