Secondly, the series doesn't just hand hold the viewer through many scenes. It often gives you a little bit of context clues or pieces of information that may seem irrelevant at first. But later on can be completely re-contextualized when new information is presented. For example, a popular fan theory on why Himmel looks so old compared to Heiter was cause the shadow dragon horn actually was harmful in the long term. Increasing the rate of how he ages. To take away from this, try to remember as much information as you can. Even if its a running gag or a super quick flashback. Thanks for picking up one of my favorite series of all time, I know you'll enjoy this greatly and looking forward to the journey! Just a little question, no pressure if it's a no. But any chance of you watching the sub version? I feel you mistakenly left it in dub but if its intentional. Thats all good.

Something interesting about the show is that all the names are German words Frieren means to freeze Eisen means iron Heiter has two meanings cheerful and clear sky Himmel also has two meanings sky and heaven And last but not least Fern means far away and many more German names to come in Frierens journey (some are kinda spoilers if you know what they mean so idk how to go about that)
