Ninja New Years Party, But Someone has Partied Too Hard

Something specific I want to do for this one: a group of friends are partying too hard on New Years, to the extent that one has just decided to get naked, right there, on the spot. And don't say it can't happen, I once saw a woman strip completely while dancing on top of a bus stop shelter at a city-wide Halloween party while two others flashed their boobs, and a guy trying to climb up on it slipped and fell with a hilarious bonging noise. The big Castro Halloween party was pretty lit back in the day, (ultimately the gun violence got out of hand.

Anyway, I'd like to do a two parter if this works out - our heroine partying too hard, and then later having a hungover CFNF walk of shame home with her friends, because she lost her dress completely.

So all that said, give me characters you'd like to see do this, (you'll get to see their friends as well, albeit dressed, for the most part.)
