While I was waiting for poll results(it seems throne idea won so I will start doodling it tomorrow👀) I decided to draw a mini comic idea I had sitting in my head for a year+, it's sfw tho, but it's kinda cute and funny AU
anyway onto the question, since there's some disturbance in the fandom, art wise and I saw some very clueless and tbh bad takes about referencing vs tracing, and I wanted to ask if you guys would like me to make a small tutorial on how to use references and me explaining how I use refs myself and how it helped me improve? Or maybe I should make a livestream """lesson""" (huge air quotes, im a horrible teacher...) where I explain it and show?

The dramas are not about me just about some artists that trace and I saw some people discussing reference vs tracing, so I really just wanted to share my knowledge on references! I have no intention joining in those dramas 😭

Also, don't give too much credence to the Twitter rage machine. I'm not sure of the situation you're referring to, but don't bend to the whims of Twitter. There's a lot of people on there that just wants to rage and will never be satisfied with what you do or any attempt you make it reconciliation. Hold your friends close and give more weight to what the people you trust are telling you, not necessarily the masses on Twitter.
