ik this is super late and you probably already know but they chanted jimins name because he waved goodbye to the crowd when he was leaveing

However regarding the 'yoongi marry me sign' I feel it would have been better or funnier if it was an ot7 or yoongi only show but it wasn't this was for jhope so it felt kinda disrespectful, not to mention there are also army's who will comment 'yoongi marry me' on other idols v-lives (idols who aren't even associated with BTS) like it just seems a lot , you know?"

2022-08-02 07:00:31 +0000 UTCAs incredible as it would have been to see Jimin join Hobi for a performance, from what Hoseok has been saying about wanting to grow and challenge himself as a soloist, I think the reason they didn’t was because this experience was something important that Hobi had to do for himself. On top of that, Jimin came all the way unannounced and on a whim. At the end of the day, the fact Jimin travelled all that way to support Hobi shows just how AMAZING he is as a friend 🥺

I was hoping that since Jimin was there that maybe he'd do something with him. It is so sweet though that he went to support J-Hope. I saw that Yoongi had posted something on Instagram too so I was happy to see that he watched even though he couldn't be there. I can say that I added every single song to my BTS playlist on my phone.

Sometimes you can just tell when a person was born to do something, and Hoseok truly carries this aura like he was born to be a superstar. He is truly a once-in-a-lifetime kind of performer. There's a reason so many people leave BTS concerts absolutely wrecked by him. His command of the stage and audience, and his overall showmanship is just overwhelming. I am so SO incredibly proud of him, especially since he deliberately choose to perform at Lollapooloza - a venue where he is not guaranteed his core listener/fanbase - because he wanted the feedback, whether positive or negative. He's certainly in for a wake up call because there is absolutely no way in hell any one can deny he was any less than phenomenal. I love how he used this opportunity to showcase how versatile and well rounded he is in his talents, whether it be rap, dance and singing (especially since there were locals in the audience). He put his heart and soul on display for the world and completely OWNED that stage. Jung Hoseok really is THE standard. On another note, thank you so much for streaming this. I'm so glad you managed to get Hulu issue sorted, because it was such a lovely experience to see your reaction to this and share this moment with you 🥹 Unfortunately for me, Lollapooloza fell on 11am on Monday in Australia and so I was at work when he went live (I was literally finding any spare moment I could to refresh twitter to get a glimpse of all the highlights). Thankfully when I got home, I was able to watch your stream. So really, if it wasn't for your livestream, I would have missed this performance (Weverse doesn't have playback available) so thank you so much!! I truly appreciate you 🥺💜
