2020-12-31 19:18:15 +0000 UTCVmin were so adorable in this episode, I can't deal with it ๐ญ Taehyung looked like such a little 6 year with the way he was sitting so cutely and with his backwards cap. Not to mention how he was speaking in tiny so much, it was adorable ๐ฅบ I loved how the editors added the buffering effect every time Jin was struggling to think - it was hilarious ๐ Also, one thing I always notice in these episodes is how Hoseok always acts as a referee or organises the members at the start of games. It really goes to show how much of a leader he is ๐ฅฐ My favourite part of these episodes was definitely the translating English to Korean game. It really goes to show how frequently English words are used in Korean. Countries like Korea and Japan actually borrow a lot of English words and use them in their daily lives. Examples of this include "coffee" which is ์ปคํผ (keopi) in Korean and ใณใผใใผ (kohi) in Japanese. Namjoon was struggling a lot with the word "party" which in Korean is ํํฐ (pati) and in Japanese is ใใผใใฃใผ (pati). Other examples include "taxi" which is ํ์ (taegsi) in Korean and ใฟใฏใทใผ (takushi) in Japanese, as well as words like "virus" which in Korean is ๋ฐ์ด๋ฌ์ค (baileoseu) and Japanese is ใฆใคใซใน (uirusu). Someone already mentioned it, but there were no penalties given during this episode. It was established at the beginning of the episode that they wanted to switch things up a bit, so rather than have the losing team receive a penalty, the winning team would receive a benefit instead. Sopekook won the game and were given 3 different benefits to choose from and in the end choose the option of being able to give their penalty to someone else if they lose in a future episode. It's important you remember this because I can promise you this benefit will be used in future episodes and it'll go over your head if you don't remember ๐

2020-12-31 05:54:30 +0000 UTCWhat makes the the translating English lyrics to Korean hard (besides them only really remembering their own parts because that's what they are performing all the time) is how many English words Koreans use on a daily basis or Konglish. I remember watching the episode on asian boss where they challenge Koreans to answer questions with out using English words https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_WPrTiKtAw&t=151s It was pretty interesting. These were fun episodes and the bunny ears were too cute. Lots of cute memes and gifs from these episodes. It's nice to see them do something more laid back once in a while. I'm sure they were in the midst of traveling somewhere like a concert or event possible in Japan but I can't recall. I think you will enjoy the next episodes too.

At the end the winning team got to choose between three options and they chose that if they lose a different RunBTS episode they can transfer their penalty to another player and the other player cannot refuse it. :D Just so you know what happened. ;D
