Added 2020-12-16 05:06:06 +0000 UTCWell after I sent a very pissed off email to my contact at Vimeo it seems they have re-instated all my videos for now (still haven't received an email back though letting me know what's going on).
I am still currently working on transferring the video links off of Vimeo and onto other hosting sites instead since I have no idea how long these will be active and I do not want to deal with them all going away again with no notice. But at least now I do not feel as stressed knowing that the over 70 videos I have on that account are working again.
I am glad this craziness with Vimeo has not been too bad of an interruption for you guys, so at least that makes me happy! ๐

2020-12-19 10:52:24 +0000 UTCIn 2013, I was re-watching another group's MV (TVXQ's either MIROTIC or Catch Me...I don't remember which XD) and in my recommended was a new song from a new group (that I had read somewhere about their debut the previous month in passing) and the thumbnail (a guy standing on a school bus...who I later found out was Jimin) looked interesting so I checked it out...and immediately fell in love with them (specially with Jin). I found out all I could about them and I don't regret it one bit :3

One day the feed gave me a clip of a Korean boy group pronouncing English names. I thought they were funny and searched to see who they were. I made a mistake searching and somehow ended up with BTS. I forgot about the first guys and fell into BTS instead. Twists of fate.

It really does feel like a shake down to me. I honestly suspect their goal was you'd panic and pay for the ridiculously priced custom plan, some may have even fallen for this scare tactic. I'm not sure if this is just happening to the kpop reactors or just reactors or all content creators as I've personally only heard of a few kpop reaction channels discuss this about vimeo on their own channels. It surprises me that when I tried to do a google search or search for this topic on forums I haven't come across anyone talking about this specific issue going on even though I know it's been happening. Anyways, I hope things get better and your able to find a better platform to use. I agree with what you said during your live that if patreon would become a video hosting site as well you wouldn't have to use these other sites.
