Patreon Pause On February 1
Added 2023-01-23 23:19:20 +0000 UTCI have a couple more pieces releasing on Patreon pretty soon, but I think after that queue is done, I will be pausing my page indefinitely and will contemplate whether or not I will be deleting this page shortly after.
Lately, I've felt this pressing need to keep uploading art here as often as I could, every two days, to maintain patrons. Trying to find time to sprinkle in supplemental work between commissions was also difficult. I could've posted WIPs and sketches, but I feel that the real reason people joined my page was to see the more final pieces and their respective alts. I saw that I couldn't keep up with such a schedule and I'm burning out, which sucks so early in my commission queue too. Getting sick fairly recently only made me more exasperated with myself and, more importantly, behind schedule. I'd like to focus solely on my commissions so they can be done in a timely manner.
I know I can just upload my work and go, but you all are paying to be here and I don't think I'm able to give you your money's worth at this time. Burnout is an issue that many artists deal with. Hopefully pulling focus from Patreon will help me alleviate some pressures.
Apologies to those who came to support me and my work. I may return to Patreon, but it may be some time before that's taken into consideration.
