Psylocke summer BBC (101p)

There were some major issues with inconsistencies as far as output went, and I genned a lot for this set, so I took the best of what I had. Really wanted to get it out today, though, so I went ahead and called it.
Shorekeeper from wuwa tomorrow. A lot more attention for the character poll than I expected, so I will actually run a poll in a minute.
