I really don't like to appear insecure, but sometimes I doubt if should keep working on an idea or bin it. 😅 I mean, it could happen I overhype myself with something new that looks like fun only to myself, and more like a waste of effort to everyone else... And since I'm creating art to share it with you here, that kind of really matters.
Of course I notice the likes, and I appreciate it as the next guy!
It's only that when showing ideas/settings for a new project, what really helps me the most is reading your feedback... It doesn't need to be a lot, even just hearing if you're interested can be a BIG push.
Your comments sometimes make all the difference in keeping my motivation up and the burnouts away. So I'm counting on you, okay? 🫠✌

2025-04-02 02:06:57 +0000 UTCIf you're not sure in which direction to go, pick a few ideas you like and drop in a poll. People in general don't like refusing to someone and will struggle to say "I don't like it", often fearing to disappoint or upset them. Polling changes that difficulty of refusal into choosing between approvals. I think that would be more informative than asking about each idea separately. To say my opinion: I like good balance between "art" and "story", and since you make your own characters, some soft core lore complements them nicely. It's kinda general words, I guess I just enjoy the way your work go so far.
