Blue NMM Lightning Claws

In today's tutorial I'm going to show you how to paint Blue NMM Lightning Claws on our 13th Company Space Wolf Lord in Terminator Armour.
Here are the paints used in this tutorial:
1) Black
2) Talassar Blue Contrast
3) Fenrisian Grey
4) White
