Wands and some new info :)

First - as promised , i did mention i have 2 more "smaller" projects to wrap up this week while on vacation, so here is the first one - the hogwarts legacy starter wands - i wanted to make this as soon as the game came out, i still enjoy the game very much :) those are highly detailed all 8 starter wands with their names in description :)
Another reason why i made this is, now with prusa slicer 2.6.0. there is no more reason guys not to check it out - the cutting features, making connectors features in prusa slicer - i figured it would be a perfect way to introduce the slicer to those of you who are not using it, so i also made a "3 ways to print this" guide, so you can give it a shot. As we all know wands are quite long and thin, so some 3d printing skills are needed for those :)
THE OTHER THING i wanted to mention - i saw all photos from the new Ahshoka items - mind blown - so yes, i will be making all of it, as much as possible once im back from vacation - but just wanted to give the good old "wait for good models" kind of thing. What i can promise you is, i will do my best to make them the most accurate and functional items/props possible. I know everyone will be making it, but the good thing here is i will pour my heart and soul into those props while someone else might just "outsource " to make stl files :D
I truly appreciate your support, and everyone who's been with me so far, so i will keep trying my best even futher. There will be some changes and updates soon, and i think all of it is just about to get better :)
oh, the wands are added to "WE ARE MAKERS" tier - JULY 2023 folder :)

When I click on the link to the folder, all I get are te images of the files. I dont have any issues downloading from any of my other patreons- how do I download the files?

2023-07-21 16:07:52 +0000 UTCThank you so much Bryan, it means allot :) yeah the prusa slicer by deafult works best with prusa printers, but i think people share the settings more and more for other machienes so i imagine its just a matter of time when prusa slicer will produce such good results for other printers. HOwever we can use their features to prepare some models and then export and you can still drag/drop it into cura if that one works better for you :)

2023-07-21 06:06:05 +0000 UTCi used simplify 3d for years, but they are so behind and expensive it was a no brainer to switch to prusa slicer. i do however own prusa printers so it also made sense, but there are almost no print failes with the prusa slicer and printer combo. same for the bambu lab - almost no print failes on the x1c when used with bambu studio

2023-07-20 13:40:32 +0000 UTCi use Prusa now instead of Cura and without any input it had less print fails,and the connectors make printing with an Ender a bit easier(just a bit)
