In the folder you will also find the helmet and the westar blasters - i have decided to leave the full set available untill its all done :) Westars are both with functional trigger and static ;)
For the headband i have decided to give it a shot with a glow in the dark filament. I only had a green one at hand but red one should work just at good :)
I have tried to reconstruct the head shape ( dont pay attention to facial expressions as they are not accurate , just tried to recreate the head shape), to see how the headband would fit, and that allowed for small curve on the end that should allow for led's if one chooses to go that way instead of theh glow in the dark filament. But i would recommend it, as its a simple and elegant solution taht donesnt reaquire any techincal knowledge or skills but stll provides a nice effect

2021-08-01 04:19:14 +0000 UTCI printed the light covers in translucent white PLA so you can’t see through them like with clear PETG & am using “nano LEDs” with a CR2032 from a scale model company. There is plenty of room for tiny wires, the battery, & a microfiber liner. I’ll post pics once it’s finished.
