SSFP Episode 74 | A. B. B. - Always Be Bloomin'

We back, Skele-fam!

It's the ultimate gaming episode as we recount our IRL Pikmin Bloom-ventures. Yes, there are at least four people that play this game and Seattle's Pikmin Bloom Community Day this weekend was a nightmare. Definitely one of the dumbest things we've ever participated in, and that's saying something. But we still had fun!

Plus true crime rabbit holes, gaming peripherals, and Nintendo uncles are also discussed. It's a rip-roaring time that wraps up with your questions! It's almost non-stop gaming discussion on our gaming podcast (well, if you count Pikmin Bloom as a game, which at least Grace does). Thanks so much for your support and hope you enjoy!

Next podcast records on Monday, Sept 5th. If you'd like to chat along with us, join our discord by supporting Stop Skeletons From Fighting on Patreon!

Glover was 100% for the memes. And I'm certainly not above buying something purely as a joke. If there's a market for it, then there's not much to stop you. But that it would take almost a year to receive your copy of Glover, is a deal breaker for me

Too bad there weren't more Wii lightgun games. Huge missed opportunity.

It did! I think it's neat, it's a throw back to old DOS games, and the chiptine'd soundtrack is really good. But it's nothing to get too excited about.

Did your version of Dusk from Limited Run come with a bonus side game because I think that one actually had an update. I think the side game was called Dusk 82 its not very good though

I appreciate the attempt every time lol ("Soo-dack-sis") Good choice. I feel the Wii was an acceptable light gun replacement at the time but there really is no equal

Sudaksis

It was available on PS and Windows back in 1999, plus it is currently available now digitally on Steam, so it is even more easily accessible these days

I’m glad you mentioned limited run having questionable practices Why on earth would they ever think glover on n64 needed a limited run release? That game is so so super common. They literally cancelled glover 2 because the guy in charge of ordering cartridges accidentally over ordered glover It’s also not available digital, strictly only on n64. Why wouldn’t anyone just go get one of the cheap copies of glover that’s in every retro shop? There’s not even a cool collectors edition…there aren’t even instructions included
