Stop Skeletons From Fighting
2020-03-04 19:01:03 +0000 UTCAre you guys considering doing a video where you revisit older Stop Skeletons, Past Mortem or Punching Weight videos to cover stuff that's changed since the release of those videos (like the release of Death Stranding and Metal Gear Survive), or to cover stuff you missed or mistakes you made in previous videos? Ben Paddon from PortsCenter did a similar video of their own, so going back to those old videos to correct any mistakes would be neat.

2020-03-04 11:29:52 +0000 UTCAlright, I had this question I wanted to ask in person when we met at TMG 2017, but I forgot at the time, so now's as good a time as any: during the old HVGN video for 'D', Derek mentions at 6:15 that in the game, unlike in Resident Evil or Silent Hill, you cannot ease your way into a room which heightens the tension. Yet there are no real 'threats' in 'D', since there are no actual enemies to speak of. You can run out of time or get a bad ending for sure, but that's literally it. So how can this really contribute to the horror atmosphere of the game when there's no danger to speak of? (I'm well aware this sounds insanely pedantic, but I've seriously thought about this for years and this is as good an opportunity as I'll ever get I guess).
