Top 100 Board Games 2025 - 70-61

We MUST continue! The Top 100 barrels on with part 4 - with a couple of new faces and some Actualol classics.

We've been in our new house for a week, and it's been a whirlwind of unpacking and organising and losing things that you really need to set up your computer.

We learnt the day after the move that our movers lost a beloved piece of furniture - a whole TV unit! Our only custom piece of furniture, the only thing made of real wood and not from IKEA 😭. It was probably left on the street while they rearranged the van to fit more in, and someone thought it was going free. They also broke one of my gaming shelves while dismantling it, so my gaming library is still sitting in boxes. And IKEA are out of stock for a replacement! Aargh!

But aside from that we're loving our new life and I've already been to a local games meetup to try it out. An interesting mix of games were played. Three copies of Dice Forge were in attendance - it's funny how older games can enjoy resurgences. There was definitely less heavy euro games than I'd see at a London meetup - which suits me!

(Sorry for missing off the video link from last week's post - I'll fix it now. It's also here.

See you next week for Part 5!

Actually yours,

Jon

Congratulations on the move. What's the mystery town? I'm guessing that parents or in-laws are there....
