I've only drawn Fourarms, Diamondhead and Ripjaws so far, but there are so many cool aliens to choose from - XLR8, Big Chill, Way Big, the werewolf thing, Heatblast. The poll results say WoW, but I'll probably do another Ben10 thing soon as well :)
