I'm soon done with my save file and because I want to share it as soon as possible, I'll be sharing the rest of the builds without doing any speed builds of them over on YouTube. This is the biggest suburban family home you'll find in Willow Creek, where a family of two parents, their biological kids and their adopted/foster kids live together.

This is a Latin American-inspired restaurant, owned by one of the families in Oasis Springs as part of their nectar business. You can do nectar making, juice fizzing and bartending here. The build has quite old and traditional touches to it, yet a cozy feel. The first floor has all the dining tables and an entertainment section, meanwhile the second floor has two offices.
