Discord Server Only Livestreams & Updates

'ey everyone.  

Wanted to give you all a quick little note on an issue SOME of you might have experienced or are experiencing but not even aware of. Recently Discord/Patreon dropped an update on their Patreon Bot to do better in managing role assignments to Discord Servers. For the most part, it's been working so much better. But I've had a few reports from some of you that your Knight role in the server was removed so you can't access any of the channels.   

So if you ARE a Knight Tier Level supporter and my discord server looks like this

Then your Knight Role was removed (you can't see all the real channels) due to a possible decline at some point, delayed payment, you changed discord accounts/names, etc etc. Normally when that clears up the Bot should update your role but in the event it doesn't try the following:

1. Leave the Server

2. Go here - patreon.com/SpicyFalcon/membership

3. You then want to click on "Connect to Discord" under the Discord  Community box. When you do that it should automatically take you to your App settings.   

4. Click "Connect" on the Discord app option and it'll ask your permission for the Patreon Bot to access your account to let you in to the Discord. ALLOW it so that it verifies your tier and gives you  access.

If THAT doesn't work, then feel free to DM me here on Patreon and I'll manually take care of it on my end but do try the automatic method so this doesn't become an ongoing thing every month.

By the way, there's a few of you that are Knight Tier supporters but not on the Discord. If you're aware of this and just don't care for Discord, then no problem. I appreciate the extra support you're willing to provide. However, if you're just not aware of that perk or haven't set it up yet, by all means please do! Always great to talk to you guys on a more personal setting and you get added benefit of Discord Only Livestreams I hold every month. Just last night I livestreamed and played House of Hell with a few Discord Members and that was a blast so if you'd like to participate or just watch & chat, consider using this perk in the Knight Tier supporter level.
