New stuff in the works!

I just got back from Dokomi and it was SO much fun. Tiring, but so fun! I got to meet so many artists and it was inspiring to see all the creativity in just one room. I think over 800 artists were there and the event itself had over 200k visitors.

I came back filled with ideas of what to make for the coming year. And one of the most popular new items were actually the lil coin pouches I made which got me thinking... how could I make them even cuter?

And so, the the idea for lil coin plush pouches was born! I spent a day designing these little zip pouches and I just LOVE the idea of having a cute lil friend in your purse who can hold your cards, cash or trinkets.

I'll be starting with one cat design and one guinea pig design to see if they look good, and then we can branch out into other designs/patterns. The birds are on hold cause honestly I can't figure out how to make them look cute (they look so silly now lol).

I've already started looking at suppliers, and while the base cost to make them is a bit high, I am really determined to make them. But if the samples look good, I might begin looking at doing my very first Kickstarter 👀
