Podcast feedback

I've been using it as a general chatty update about what's going on in the past month, but I wanted to get your feedback.
How are you liking the current podcast format? Do you enjoy the chatty feel or would you prefer something else?
I've done this as a poll but please feel free to leave me a comment or DM me with suggestions :) I'd like to get an idea of whether or not anyone is listening to the podcast and/or enjoying it.
