... a guinea pig plushie??

Ever wanted a guinea pig plushie? Well... it's in the works!!

Makeship reached out to me to collaborate on creating a plushie, and I'm so excited! If you aren't familiar with Makeship, they are a company who works with creators to design a new item. They then crowdfund the plushie, and if it's successful, the item gets made!

I decided to make a plant guinea pig plushie with a detachable terracotta pot. The goal is that the terracotta pot can also double as a cuddle sack* for anyone who has real guinea pigs. (*cuddle sack = sleeping bag for guinea pigs) We're not 100% sure the terracotta pot will work as planned, but their designers are on it!

The process is still really early on and it will be some months before it's done. Fingers crossed it won't take too long and be ready before xmas :) I'll be sure to keep you updated!

For clarification, if the plushie gets successfully funded, they will be sent by Makeship not me. It will also be limited edition and won't be available to purchase after the campaign ends! Let me know if you have any questions :D
