Construction Troubles
Added 2021-02-12 21:42:48 +0000 UTCMy landlord decided now was a really good time to demolish and remodel both of our bathrooms, despite my wife's pregnancy and the pandemic. Aside from being a huge hassle and distraction, it has the potential to interfere with my work as an illustrator. The vibrations from the sledgehammering happening one room over make it impossible to keep my pen steady on the surface of my tablet, so I will have to set my hours to work while they are away to an extent. This creates a double bind, though, as I cannot simply stay up to do my work at night while they are away as I normally would without sacrificing a full night's sleep, as it is impossible to sleep-in while their noise is in the house.
I will do my absolute best to keep us on schedule, but I thought I would share just in case the reality of the situation is too much to work around. Getting started on Zelda today, look forward to the sketch soon!
