Aurora is 1 years old, and I just can’t believe it. I hope one day she understands just how much she is loved, wanted, and needed in this world. I wish we all could collectively say our childhood was filled with secure attachment and love, and then I can only wonder what the world might be…

But we can heal🤍 we can give our little inner self’s the experiences, consistency, and love we needed back when. I believe it’s possible, but we need community. We need support. We need laughter. Playfulness.

I hope this platform can be your guiding light and whisper (literally and figuratively) that helps you one day believe you are capable. Resilient… and deserving of love.
